Brunch, the Kool Beanz way
Brunch here is the daily-menu philosophy applied to a meal that most restaurants treat as a formula. There are eggs, yes. There is also a proper full English breakfast, because the man who owns the place grew up in London and has opinions about fried bread. And there is lobster mac and cheese, and chilaquiles, and a flank steak with bloody mary salsa.
An important note: Sunday brunch is a seasonal service rather than a year-round fixture. Before driving in for it, call the restaurant or check Facebook.
The drinking part
Bubbles by the glass or the carafe, mimosas, pomegranate versions of both, and prosecco a step up. Coffee and orange juice for anyone taking the sensible route.

Is Sunday brunch running right now?
Brunch runs seasonally rather than every week of the year. Please call (850) 224-2466 or check Facebook before you make a special trip for it.
What time does brunch run?
When it is running, brunch is served on Sunday from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM. There is no dinner service on Sunday.
Is there a full English?
There is, and it is on the menu because the owner is from London. Bangers, grilled mushroom, grilled tomato, fried bread, baked beans and fried eggs, done properly.
Can I get a carafe of mimosas for the table?
Yes. Bubbles by the carafe were on the archived menu at two price points, and mimosas and pomegranate versions were available by the glass in both the house bubbles and the prosecco.
