A meal at a restaurant where nobody — including the recipient — can know in advance what will be on the menu. Which is rather a good present.
Why this makes a decent present
The usual problem with giving somebody a restaurant is that you are also giving them your taste in food. Here, you are not. The menu on the day they come will be one nobody has seen before, written that morning. You are giving them a surprise rather than a specific dinner.
It also works for people who are difficult to buy for: the colleague retiring, the neighbour who did you a favour, the couple who already own everything, the parents who say they do not want anything.

Using one
Gift cards are redeemable against lunch, dinner and brunch when brunch is running, and towards food and drink alike. If you are booking a large party or an event in The Room and want to put a gift card towards it, call (850) 999-1372 and we will make it work.
Tell them what to expect
If you are giving one to somebody who has never been, it is worth passing on the two things every regular knows: come early or expect to wait, and save room for dessert. You could also send them to the FAQs or the example menus.
